So I’m cutting way back on caffeine-was consuming 800-1000mg a day and have been for about a year and a half. Never totaled up the numbers before and apparently it’s way over the max recommendation. And this season of holiday carbs coupled with the caffeine detox is resulting in the munchies and water retention. Just awesome..... hopefully after Christmas will revert to normal and resume workouts and gradual weight loss.
