It has been a while since I checked in here, but I have begun an overall healthy eating style that is very new for me. I am making a concerted effort to substantially lower the amount of refined sugars that I am eating along with white flours....I am replacing them with Stevia and whole wheat flour. The results may take a little longer,but I think that I can learn how to live with this lifestyle rather than think about it as a diet. Last night I chose not to eat any candy and turned it down when someone asked if I wanted some... that made me feel really good!
