BOO HISS....I gained a couple pounds it better be because I exersiced alot. I followed the plan very well. I know I can do it. This has been a week of changes for me too so lots of new adjustments to make. I'll get there. :) I'm not stopping now

Yes, when you begin exercising or up the amount, your muscles can retain water to heal themselves (they get little tears in them). It can show up on the scale. But you know it is not fat or from eating poorly. It will go away. Keep up the great work!
