I am doing really good. On my IT intermittent fasting. My eating window period is usually from 2 to 6pm. I have my bullet proof coffee for breakfast and my bone broth at 12. Went to "the diet doctors" website got the best dinner recipes ever. I am in keto if I fall off the wagon, I just get back on. The fast must work around my life, not my life work around the fast. This is working for me finally I am losing weight. I am enjoying this so much, It must become my lifestyle. Thank you to Jimmy Moore he was from 205kg and lost 100kg. Inspirational
