I was shocked when I went to get weighed this week. I lost 7 lbs total between the 1st and 2nd week. I hope I can stay on track this week. I have been counting every point I eat and my trainer/husband started walking with me. He encourages me to stick with it. I am so lucky to have such a caring family.
