Been a good 10 days of eating healthy! 3.6kg down since November 1st. Still trying to break into the 150’s kg, and only a week or so away. My 4xl shirts fit comfortably when standing, but the buttons scream a little when in sitting position,; almost there, but works as great motivation to get to next level. My stomach, thighs and under arms look somewhat like the US railway system, with all the stretch marks. It seems the gift of weight gain never stops giving, even in weight loss.. Never the less, weight training and cardio will help tighten those. My 2 months and 20 day journey has definitely changed my mindset, life goals and the way i think about me! #NZimmagrationnotfarnow
