Very depressing...can't figure out the bouncing. Must be the salt last night and that we ate kind of late. Still, it really bothers me. I want to bust the 270's and get into the 260's. I'm actually eating very well. Can't lose heart. Just keep praying for patience and wisdom.

Pastor, not seeing a whole lot of cardio in there. I am in a covenant group with some other pastors and one is a amateur body builder. You need a solid 45 min to an hour a day on cardio...walking is great for that. I found that diet alone didn't budge me at all. You can do it!!! I found if I didn't start getting up at 5...wasn't happening...
