No scale today. Totslly overate yesterday but danced my ass off so hopefully it balances out. Feeling great and i feel slimmer. My abs feeling super sore from dancing and other things...heh heh. Tomorrow weigh in will be interesting...will try to eat better today.

Hello from Miami. Flying back to nyc today...then back to work tomorrow!

Thanks. It was an awesome time. Tiesto was great and I couldn't stop dancing. I guess we will see what the scale says tomorrow morning. Miami was nice...we went to the Bayside shopping area and had some "Churassco" steak which was so delicious and tender. Churassco steak is a marinated skirt steak...you can add Chimichurri sauce...mmm.
