Unofficial weigh in @ 81.0kg after I had biryani for supper ; a healthier version lentils ; ghee ; basmati rice ate it with a bed of salaad though - was anxious coz I felt like I had over indulged 🤦🏻♀️ next weigh in a couple of days - secretly wishing I can finally make it below the 8 0 bracket but whatever it is I am grateful even for the small loses
