I LOVE CURVES! Yes, it's still a task to drag myself in to workout at Curves 4 to 5X a week, but it's certainly worth the effort. 31.75 total inches & 26 lbs gone in 3.5 months...yahooo! I really need to get in more cardio in the form of walking (next fitness goal), but the new love of my life...my new puppy Gracie, keeps me hopping for now lol. Eating out remains a challenge so I don't do it as much these days...and thank God for Skinny Cow Fudgesicles...yummmmmm.
