Back down to 146. I've been walking and doing situps, push ups, etc since I can't go to the gym this week. I have been eating more carefully so I'm glad it paid off. I do want to get to 145 by the end of the month. If I stay focused I should be able to do it. I'll be doing a walk for brain cancer along the lake in Chicago on Sunday to support one of our friends who has a brain tumor. It will be a 3 mile walk. Should be fun but looks like the beautiful weather we've been having will be getting way colder on Saturday unfortunately. Hope you all have a great day!
