I’m seeing little things that make me happy. Being able to sit in the crammed back seat and being comfortable. Or sharing the recliner with my nephews where before he had to sit awkwardly. When I wear heels for work my feet don’t hurt as bad because I’ve lost so much weight! I’m losing and continuing. I have to remember to pat myself on the back once in a while.
This weekend was especially hard becasue I was by myself. My nephew went camping and I wanted to drink. I wanted to drink sooo bad and be bad. But I didn’t and now by sticking to my plan I’ve lost 75lbs!!!

I plan on keeping this up until I’m down to my goal weight then will focus on if I need to lose more.
