I've been sidetracked with everyday life for the last month. My eating habits haven't been great but I don't eat like I use to. I just don't eat as much as before and I make better choices. I still avoid sugar and it appears to work for me. My weight did fluctuate up and down by a few pounds (no more than 4 lbs.) and water could have been a factor. Still I am maintaining my current weight without killing myself and that is more then half the battle.
