Something I've noticed about me. I have no 'off' button! I can go all day and not eat and I'm not hungry, or I can eat a lunch at work and then dinner in the evening, but as soon as I eat a proper meal I want to carry on 10 minutes later and I'll have a magnum or dairy milk..... 2hrs of TV and I want something else. It doesn't matter whether or not I've eaten during the day I always feel the same when I get home. So I'm going to try the not eating during the day as it doesn't bother me. Perhaps just raspberries or blueberries for next to no calories, at least that way I keep it down as I always pack a thousand cals in the evening! This was how I lost the last stone, I'm going to try it for the next three days at work, let's see if I can shed a few KG and get to the current 'next waypoint' of 17 stone. Happy Wednesday all!
