keto is no magic bullet. you must consume less calories than you expend for weight loss to occur.
I recommend a high protein diet with a moderate calorie deficit (20-25% below TDEE), and heavy barbell training.

Beating the living crap out of the scale with a hammer can be very satisfying on many levels...just sayin’. Of course one needs to buy a new scale after that.....

I’ve been on Keto for a few months I guess. I’ve gone through some really annoying weeks with no progress. And even more with very little progress. All I can say is wait it out and measure yourself each week. That whole Woosh thing is real. At least in my experience. Also, at least half of the times I was stalled I was IFing, working out, and consuming under 1k cals. Bodies are weird and will do as they please- but not forever

Stick with it, I have lost 43LBS since April 7th on Keto. I don't think I'll go off Keto, its very easy to follow...Also after the first week I started measuring myself since I had just started working out, waste was 43.5 on April 14th and 37.5 on September 5th, what I am calling my waste is around my torso at my belly button

I went to check your food diary to spot check if I could see anything off and you did not log much the past couple days. if you are not logging your food somewhere it is very hard to keep track and know if something is off.

Huge reduction of Hunger and Cravings is one of those things that is part of Keto. This could arguably be of much more importance than weight. How is that part going?
