I am BEYOND FRUSTRATED!!!!!

For the last week and a half, I tried working out a little more, and definitely counted my calories more closely. I thought that maybe the weight gain was due to some increased muscle mass, but no I went up in inches as well. This is the largest and heaviest I have ever been in my life. I am so stressed out as a result of this. Hence a vicious cycle where I'm depressed, then stressed, then more susceptible to gaining weight. I don't know how I am going to ever loose this weight. I have so many negative influences in my life, such as my fat unmotivated parents who just pick on me because I am really focused on my weight. But all of their negative criticism makes things worse, and they do not realize this. I am at a loss. I don't have any idea what to do.
