It's a lot easier to go meatless than I thought! Had veggies sauteed in water (had no veg broth) with bean sprouts w/soy sauce for that Asian flavor! I also like beans (chick pea hummus, black bean Mexican dishes, pintos w/cornbread, lentil chili) which are a great protein source! We all need veggies and I love most all veggies! The salad bar at Jason's deli is amazing and we have a local seafood place with a great salad bar! The Asian dish I had today, and there are vegan burger patties for a great hamburger, even make it with BBQ sauce for that flavor. I can be a very satisfied vegan if I would just do it I could probably even make chicken fried steak! Plus my cardiologist recommended it for my health! Try it, you might like it! 😄
