Well, I'm up a pound this week, but it's still my TOM, and that's way better than the 7 pounds I was up Sunday! At least I know next week I'll have a good weigh in!
***Update***
I had a really late breakfast today. I know there will be cake an other sorts of badness at the my cousin's baby shower, so I decided to have a bigger breakfast, so I won't be hungry when I get there. I made French Toast with non-fat yogurt and 2% milk, instead of using heavy cream. Instead of having syrup, I sliced some strawberries and put xylitol on them. Very yummy and very filling. Well, I gotta go!
