Trying IF to see if it works. I measured my ketones at 12pm today and they were 0.5 mmol/L which is low for me. However I did about 20 mins of cardio in the morning and I am still on zero carbs so maybe that had an effect. My experiment which ends tomorrow is that, do I IF, and does IF work for me. So tomorrow I will do 2 readings, 1 before 20mins Cardio and the other after. On Friday I will do a before eat something for breakfast and measure again at 12pm. That way I can prove in a methodical way whether IF works.
