Okay, it was a HUGE shock when I got on the scale this week. I got on, and saw a three pound drop! I've been following the "Golden Rules" for weight loss, and honestly, I thought the 4 pound drop of the first week was a fluke. I've been so busy with work, and we finally finished moving everything out of the Lathrop house, so I've not had any time to go to the gym...I think I may have gone last Saturday, but that was it. :( This week, since we are done moving, I'll get back in to my gym routine.
I really need help staying motivated...
