Completed week 2 of the 8 Week Blood Sugar Diet and have lost a total of 9.8 lbs and 2.75 inches off my waist.

That is just totally awesome!! Did you get hungry at all? Did you eat the 800 calories every day?

Other than yesterday my calories are right around 800. I might get hungry too soon in advance of a mealtime once in awhile, but it passes after 15 minutes or so. After the first few days this program is pretty easy. Coming off it without gaining might be tricky. I think I'll up the calories gradually.
