I gained half a pound. I mean, it's not much, but any gain is a bad thing in my book. It only serves as motivation though. I think I see some running in my future today.

you're doing great. Your weight can fluctuate over small periods of time, so don't take something like a half pound too seriously. Kepp up the great work!
