Don't feel defeated. We all have had to start somewhere.
I was on WW before...tried it alone...I didn't stick to it and I gained weight ultimately. Then a group started up at work and I decided to give it another shot. I didn't want to pay for their online tools so I ended up here and the support is awesome!!!
I can't tell you how good it feels to leave a journal entry and have people give you feedback, encouragement and support to continue on. You CAN do it. We will help you along!
Start small. Don;t overwhelm yourself.....join WW and start your journey....it isn;t a diet, it is really a complete change of lifestyle. Just take the first step and go from there.
Set short term goals for yourself, like drinking water (6-8 glasses a day) and stick to it for a week...then add another goal, soon you will see how much your body appreciates the care you are taking of it.
