I've hit a plateau that I just can't get past. I've fasted, increased my calories, stopped working out, increased my workouts yet my weight won't budge. 900 - 1200 calories a day doesn't do it. 1800 - 2000 does nothing. I don't eat sugar and keep the carbs low. I have a wicked bad thyroid but my doctors check my blood profiles at least every 90 days. It's getting tough not knowing what else to do but keep on doing what I'm doing and don't give up.
