Started my day at 194.6, just got back from a family vacation. Now have to work to get back to it. At 11 I had a Jamba Juice and then had my dinner around 4:30 pm. I had a huge dinner. Hopefully tomorrow I will be lighter anyways since I was liquid fasting for over 20 hours
