it's so hard on no meat days to keep carbs low how are most vegetarians thin gosh I had 150g carbs tday

LOL! I know! I really struggle on fasting days. Remember there is always paneer, Fry's vegetarian original hot dogs at 2 carbs each and cheese.

Thanks 4Raksha all the tasty veg stuff super fattening lol ... used to hv samoosas n cheese toast now forced with soya n my favourite dal omg super high amount of carbs ..m that's way caused my carb count yday 1/2 cup dhall

I miss cheese toast! Today I had to have a baseless veg pizza. 🙈 While the rest of the family had beans and roti, which I made! 😢 Thank God it's only one day a week. I'm extremely sure I'll be off keto come Pitar Pak and Navaratri.😉

4Raksha yes it's bad during those times especially coz I do sweet fast for Navarathri gosh nvm wat to do God comes first

@Raksha theres alternate ways for the upcoming fasting month, and various food groups we can alternate, besides its a good cleanse to detox ;)

😅😅 Nope. I don't want the detox. As much as I enjoy keto, I know I can't really give the sugar beans and puri a pass especially during the upcoming fasting season. No soji, burfi or vermicelli, 2018 will be 😭. Cheese toast... Veganatheart looks pretty interesting. And I think we are all aware how weight loss works, but when on keto I have under 20 carbs a day. So every carb counts. lol.
