I have redeemed myself after gaining the half stone, now lost it again. I planned this weekend around martial arts camp, football and tequila well. Consuming all three this weekend and still making a loss.
TBH the martial arts camp was for my teenage son, The football was on the TV, but I did pour my own tequila.
I exchanged food calories for alcohol, fair enough deal I thought!
...and I won the twenty quid I spent on tequila on a football bet :-)
