Feeling a little crummy that the scale went back up a pound. I ate salt on everything yesterday, so I'm blaming water retention! Seriously, my RDI is in place and I've been moving more; I even planted part of a vegetable garden on Sunday. I guess the body is fickle... I've got pain today even though yesterday was good, so I feel like everything is delayed in the way my body responds to things. Must. Soldier. On.
