Have you measured yourself??? I ask as I'm having same problem no moving on the scales but waist getting smaller in inches... Weird don't know why but try it

It doesn’t look like you’re logging all your foods. It’s a ball-ache but if you don’t, you can’t be sure you’re not going off track (unless of course you’re using a different app to log foods). Megan’s suggestion is also a good idea. All the best! 👍🏻
