Wow always amazing with the power and results of fasting (water). Have just compete a 6.5 day water fast and feel great. Lost over 6 KGs and feel amazing. Had some tough days 1 and 2 with pretty bad headaches and later with some body weakness near the end. Over all was an amazing euphoric experience.
85.9 kg 지금까지 감소한: 0.1 kg.    남은양: 10.9 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.

Sounds great and what a result. How do you choose to break your fasts?

Hey... was going for 7 days but that was at 7pm tonight so choose to have breakfast with my wife at 7 am and be happy with 6.5 days. I'm going straight into Keto now and didn't really follow the rule to break fast with really light food. I went Fat city.....Eggs Benedict on Guacamole on bacon steaks with home made Hollandaise sauce. My intense craving for flavor outweighed my common sense to break it lightly. 2 pm and all is well.

Not as bad as I was once- has a large spearmint milk and downed in 5 minutes 🤭. But usually something sweet like a couple of dates, and then something soft and non acidic... I used to have yogurt or soup, no idea now..
