Note: Ate little meat 5am-noon. Bicycle ride and weight training.
Reason for high weight gain is increased hydration from high salt intake. Will carry on salt intake till hydration stabilise.
Happy to see improvement in fat%. Now, have to wait for tomorrow to see if a trend will happen. :)
