I was hongry all day and made it through. Our AC has been down in our bedroom and tv room so we on the living room floor on air mattresses. Getting down there ain’t too bad. Getting up? Not so much!!! Lol I have to defy the laws of gravity. Thank God we get a new AC tomorrow. Did my first bike ride this morning in about 2 weeks or more. It’s been so hot here with the high humidity I get out the door at 7am to try and beat the heat. I been working outdoors but not so much this week.

Me too, I didn’t take my insulin dose last nite just to see what would happen and it was 108 this morning which is very good however I only ate bout 700-800 calories yesterday and minimal carbs. I accidentally created a new salad dressing using white cooking wine instead of white wine vinegar and it helped out a lot. I put it on cucumber, tomato, bell pepper and onion slices and let it sit on the veggies in the fridge for a lil while. I add 2 pkgs of Splenda to sweeten the dressing up. Last nite I tried the white wine vinegar. Yuck. So I poured some of the white cookin wine on it! Thanks for the encouragement!
