Note: Ate meat 6-12am. No exercise. Had a hungry day and ate more than usual.
Just recall I had a can of liverwurst, that made me more hungry. Suspect it contained 'thickening' agents of some sort that may have messed with my hunger signals. Will have to run my diet more free from experimental foods.
