So much going on. My in laws were in a car accident. My MIL was hospitalized for 3 days and of course my FIL can’t possibly do anything for his self. So it was pretty much left up to me and two of my daughters. Yes the have other children but they have left it on my shoulders to do it. Only because we live the closest.Plus work and my own house. Thankfully she making progress and even made breakfast yesterday. But now I have my grandson for the next 3 days. I know this too shall pass. Hopefully I will be able to do an actual workout and have some Me time later in the week.
I’m thankful that I haven’t gained any weight but no loss either.
