I'm stuck at 49.6 and I want to be down 50 pounds more than anything. These last 10 have been tougher than the first 40 sure. I've still got 40 more to go but I know I can do it. I've started to exercise more and I actually feel emotionally crappy when I skip a day. I can't wait until I can play golf and take walks with my family in the warmer weather. Traveling sucks too. I'm in Maine today so I had to have a lobster. Did pretty well, only dipped in butter three times and only ate 1/2 my baked potato. It's times like that, when you're tempted with sour cream and a vat of melted butter, and you barely touch it, when you realize that this thing is really working. Sure, the clothes are hanging off me and I feel better than I ever have, but I can now actually turn away foods that I used to devour. Amazing.
