Not sure how the scale said 277 today... very weird... but I'll take it, as long as it doesn't give me bad news next week (so I'm going to have to work hard this week to make sure it doesn't.
I will admit my calories today will not be great, but I did go for a walk, so I kept active, which I think is a good start towards an active week.
This week's plan is to do purposeful exercise 3 times and keep my calories to 1,700. The exercise part, I think, will be easier than the calories, but I'm going to try my best!
