Stressed my body with bicycle, rowing, weight lifting, 22 hour fasting, and undereating yesterday. Wake up two hours early to these numbers.
Jun 16: 82.90kg, Fat 26.0%, Muscle 58.2kg, Bone 3.2kg
Jun 17: 82.55kg, Fat 26.5%, Muscle 57.6kg, Bone 3.1kg
Results: Weight loss, Fat gain, Muscle loss, Bone loss

With these result, I plan on far less stressful day for the body today.

Update: Gained a year in age, and lost bone mass too. Clearly fasting is a bad strategy for me right now. Will feed the body meat whenever it calls for it, and keep up activities.
