I saw the doctor today. She was happy with my progress. It turns out that in the last two weeks I have gained 5 pounds of muscle and lost 8 pounds of fat. All that hiking is definitely paying off. Of course, the scale hasn't moved that much, but my clothes tell a different story. So I am just going to keep plugging along.

That is great news! I hope that is motivating because those are great results. I am sure you will start seeing a loss on the scale too.

After the molecules rearrange themselves (fat to muscle), the rest of the unwanted fat is going to fall off! Sucess is not always in the numbers! Stay with the plan!
