It's been a ......week? Who am I, what am I whoa - This week a blur, moving,work,graduations, everything else can't keep up - Physically doing great, mentally challenged of course lol - Best things done are; waking up in morning, getting good sleep , really at peace with self right now - Worst things now, got 24 pack of yuengling light staring me in the face everyday and I will succomb 1 beer at a time, ice cream too but not too bad, had some fast food this week and bread just goes right to the stomach but all is because of lack of time to eat something perfect but I go to Arby's and Hardees as favorites - I get a salad and a gyros at Arbys and ask for side of pickles to put on the gyros - love it - Hardees low carb bowl in morning keeps me from all of the breads I do -

Hit moving gym yesterday - did 50 steps to basement , 10 zillion back up - (felt like it ) - 7 in the morning until 10 last night - carrying fruit on my head and backpacks on trail donkeys, wait wrong story - lol - It was a long day , week and glad it is over with -

While I was gone, anybody go green - misplace some weight - feel a lighter gravitional pull, lose a pant's size, gain some muscle in the tummy and your arms , eat some good food, smile at your life , give thanks for what you got ?

I have missed everybody this week and got through just thinking about everybody, their comments and support for me and everybody else in the past - It carries me a long way

Goals are still under 200, swimming a little, running around with dogs, playing with the kids and get another have to tax or business thing done -
bummer -
