Horrible, glutinous, pig out on carbs weekend 🤦🏼‍♀️ I know better but still did it. I’ll do better this week.

Thanks guys! I think I got cocky being so close to my goal😁 I thought I could cheat a little and it wouldn’t turn into a cheating binge but it did. So not worth it although my mouth disagrees!

Oh no you didn't !!!!! I'm shouting at you !!!! (just kidding) ----> I slipped badly this weekend as well. There was a summer kickoff festival here, birthday parties, graduation parties, and more activities with friends. I make no excuses, I just messed up. I was good on Friday and Saturday morning, then by lunch it unraveled and carried on all through Sunday as well. Pretty upset with myself as I struggled with amount of consumption as opposed to type of food. I would like to provide some words of encouragement however, Please don't refer to yourself in a negative light, because you are anything but those you describe. I have much faith in you and I know you'll get back at it as soon as possible. I am always rooting for your successes...... :)

Thank you all so much. Your words of encouragement and camaraderie are very much appreciated! Glen, you are one of my champions too! You all are! And Wright—I’m rooting for your success too! (For every one of my friends here) I ate fairly well today and made it to the gym...hopefully I’ll quickly get back to where I was. Goodnight all!
