Have Zumba this morning. Then working on packing and getting the house straight. I had a traditional middle eastern breakfast this morning of Wheat berries and coconut milk that was in the crock pot all night. YUM!! But that was almost HALF of my carbs for the day right there. I will have to be careful the rest of the day. Lots of meat, veggies and water.
