Stayed the same this week. Can't complain - its the first time I have stayed the same while following my WOE since I started. My body is calling a time out and re-establishing itself! Had a lovely 2 days off. Had a spa day yesterday , aqua aerobics, sauna , steambath! Feel like a new woman and I have had no children for 48 hours.
My muscles are finally healing and I have taken advice and will be trying another jog tomorrow! Giving myself a rest today.

Jill - it was bound to happen sooner or later - the body is a weird thing - but you got this girl! You are refreshing your mind, body and soul - and making changes that will take you all the way to GOAL! More than 1/2 way there, almost 2/3rds actually...and doing such an amazing job! Stay the course and keep up the good work! If I ever make it to the gym this week...will try the jog/walk schedule that I told you I would...just may be behind you for awhile...be sure to look back once in awhile and say HI (LOL) !
