Stayed the same this week. Can't complain - its the first time I have stayed the same while following my WOE since I started. My body is calling a time out and re-establishing itself! Had a lovely 2 days off. Had a spa day yesterday , aqua aerobics, sauna , steambath! Feel like a new woman and I have had no children for 48 hours. My muscles are finally healing and I have taken advice and will be trying another jog tomorrow! Giving myself a rest today.
