need to get back to everything. I think I can make it work to fast till 2pm, and get a good walk in. those are the two main tenets. and then stop eating at 8pm. being on vacation or summer schedule makes all of that kind of hard. it was going well when I was working, so I may need to adapt the plan for summer vacation. I'm way behind on goals, but need to keep some progress going.
