Got sidetracked with my diet, found i have no knee cartilage left after Mri results, more than 50% gone in both knees so haven't been playing tennis for 3 weeks. Gained a pound of two but waiting for my doctors advice on treatment for cartilage damage to my knees before I can resume my tennis exercise program.

It's awful being in pain losing mobility, my knees feel like bone on bone rubbing and I noticed i get bad cravings when I don't exercise! Plus the fat accumulates at a faster rate when I don't exercise!

You're right. It's awful. I have degenerative joints and had to have both of my knees replaced at thirty so i do know your pain. If you've never had knee injections it's possible those might help your pain. I don't know how hard tennis is on your knees but you might try something else you enjoy once you are feeling better. I hope you're seeing your doctor soon and hope you feel better.
