If weight-loss was as simple formula (Weight Loss = More calories out than in) then I think I would not have a problem. But then you put in genetics, metabolism, cortisol and the list goes on. In a nutshell you need to tailor a diet suited to your body. For me my body hates carbs and now I honestly injest them just for the fibre. Have been eating a lot more as I have been exercising heavily but not losing much. Starting today until I reach my target (1.1kg weight-loss by 30 May 2018 I am cutting my already low carbs and dividing up my protein doses.
