Hi everyone, Probably just water weight because I had ham and rotisserie chicken yesterday plus I ate dinner too late. Not worried.
My daughter is graduating from law school on Friday! I am so excited. I am sure that there will be many food challenges. We are having dinner together afterwards at a restaurant and then a graduation party for her on Saturday.
I have a car full of healthy snacks for the road trip. The only thing I am worried about is family stress making me feel like stuffing my face. I am making healthy choices for the picnic - green beans with bacon and onion, sugar free jello mold dessert with fruit, steak, veggie tray. The choices will be there, it's up to me make good ones.
I am not going to worry so much about calorie consumption because I may have some alcohol. I am mostly worried about keeping blood sugar regulated.
