Still stalled. Really starting to think it is the Nortriptyline for my Neuropathy. Or maybe the 2 nodules on my Thyroid. Ordered Alpha Lipoic Acid, it is supposed to help with Neuropathic pain. Maybe I can cut the dose of the Nortriptyline. Upping my fat intake and going to make sure I exercise at least 5 days a week for 25 minutes. Not throwing in the towel yet.
