I think this is the shock I needed all the weight I lost now gained back after baby. none my clothes fit. a lot of it booze and eating out so much. definitely over done it. may have a cry but will get back off

When do you see your doc again for med review? You may need some adjustment. But you’re right - eating out loads and drinking won’t be helping. It’s the right weather to be sitting out with chilled wine but a chilled sparkling water with some lemon or lime is great too. Take care and stay determined - you’ve done it before and can do it again 🤗

Thank you I had a review he said wants me to stay on them. After I went on them I did lose some but had to go on a tablet to stop period that lasted 3 weeks since I been on that one I've been different, not sleeping, so thirsty, dodgy belly just stopped that but period back I need some tests I think and think blood test help. The 10 lb's has been gained in a week and half I feel like a balloon :(

That sounds awful. I hope you get the tests arranged pretty sharp-ish and get to the root of the problem so it can be treated and you can concentrate on losing the weight you want to. In the mean time try to stick to healthy foods even if you’re eating out (yeah, I know) and plenty of water. Even I’ve discovered you can order tap water in a pub and still have a good time! Whodda thunk it??? 😂😂 Take care, Annmarie!
