Looking back on the 3rd of April 2018 I said I would lose 12kg in 8 weeks or by 30 May 2018. I have now lost 11.2kg so 800g more to lose over the next week and a half which I will achieve and I am happy with the progress so far. I will be getting back onto cardio from Wednesday onwards and will go full bore over the next month. I will post my new target once I complete the current and have a chat with my strength coach. Beginning of a new week feel great. I was a bit worried Saturday morning when I went to the gym and had absolutely no steam which for me these days is not normal I have attributed that to my minor increase carbs. I then measured my ketones on Saturday and found them at an all time low of 0.1 mmol/L. I think my body cannot take more than 40g of carbs per day and still be in Ketosis so I will need to see how I can work in green veges. The culprit for me is green peas with the green veges but I need them to make the whole meal taste amazing.
