I knew it would be up again. Been following Atkins pretty well, it is the alcohol on the weekend when the hubbys band is playing. I guess I really need to find something besides wine to sip on. On a good note I measured today and I lost 3 inches this week. Inch and a half from my waste (making it 3 inches since May 2). Inch from my hips, half inch from my thigh. Hopefully my arms will follow. I have an 'arm thing'. I have been sleeping real well lately, except for the 4 dogs getting me up to patrol the backyard. Clothes are a little looser. I guess 11 lbs down in less than a month is pretty good. Have a nice day everyone!
